humidity is the enemy of barriers
i live on a swamp. in Louisiana, the humidity is pretty constant, so the most popular barriers like talcum, and alc/talc need reapplying fairly often, maybe as much as weekly. my tiny ants of ~1.5mm kept making pathways out. this stuff seems to work. they can walk on it, but only for about an inch distance. my larger species cant even lay a foot on it without slipping.
Ptfe empire of ant liquid
Excellent it stopped the ant from climbing to the top of the formicarium and it was shipped very nicely
Great! the liquid PTFE has been a fantastic product and have hardly needed to re apply
