With their striking gold tail and red legs (GTRL) and menacing looks its easy to see why.
One of the fastest and most intelligent species of ants we've encountered, youll have your hands full with these gals.
As with other bull ants, extreme care must be taken when handling them as they have a formidable sting and bite.
Ant keepers tend to have more success when keeping this species in a natural sand/dirt nest, allowing the queen to dig her own founding chamber.
